We have all lost a special friend in Jay - someone who lit up our lives each time he came in contact with us - the most charismatic, kind and generous gentleman who I have been honored to know for 40+ years. Each time I was in his company was special, as that is how he treated everyone with whom he came in contact. My love and prayers to Neyda who made Jay so very happy, and who Jay adored. He will be missed by all who knew him.

A powerful intellect, a charismatic and charming gentleman, a master storyteller,
a gifted attorney and counselor, and a genuinely kind man, Jay was all these things and much more.
He was devoted to Neyda, so very proud of her, and so very happy with her.
He was an unfailing friend to my father and to my family for fifty years.
He had a laugh and a wit that would light up a room.
Jay you are missed so much. Our world is diminished without you.
