Jeff will be deeply missed. My fondest memories of Jeff were on the softball field. He always gave 1000% and played his heart out. He was a great teammate, a great ball player, and a better friend. Thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Sending Love,
The Spaddy’s

I first met Jeff playing rec softball about 5 years ago. He was playing with guys half his age but that never stopped Jeff. His attitude and love for the game always made me reflect how I would like to be at his age; still passionate and optimistic about the future and life. I last talked to Jeff at a softball game he filled in for when our team was short a man. This guy was playing with metals toes, a brace and the same attitude he has always had. It truly shocked me when I heard of his passing and I know the rest of our squad would say the same. I won't forget Jeff and I hope that the Rosen family can overcome the grief of his loss and think about his love of life. God rest his soul and condolences to his family.

Jeff was a lovely and kind friend and member of our Tampa Krewe of Nautilus and we will miss him very much. Jeff was so brave and positive and during his recovery talked about how he looked forward to being back with all of his friends. He was well-loved by all.

On a personal note, Jeff knew how much I loved singing and classical music and would tell me of his sister's friendship with Gordon Hawkins and show me pictures. It was a personal connection that he shared with me and he was always so thoughtful to think of me. I will miss his smile and graciousness.

Praying for his family and close friends with sympathy
