Laura died March 8th, 2025, tragically in an accident in Fort Lauderdale while on her way home following a birthday dinner with friends. She leaves behind loving family and many friends who will never forget her intensity, perception, and candor. For those who have had the good fortune to have known Laura they may reflect upon her strength and perseverance. Life can be a roller coaster with many peaks and valleys and Laura hung on tight and met those challenges with grace and commitment. When profound loss occurs and there is no opportunity to say goodbye, we must jealously protect those most vivid memories that provide some solace while we grieve. Laura was one of those persons who left a legacy of memories such that she will never be forgotten.
Laura is survived by her Mother Linda Schrank, Brother David Schrank (Susan), Aunt Bonnie Helman, Cousin Alan Brown (Elaine).
A funeral service for Laura will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lakeside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 10301 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL 33172.
