Linda was such a wonderful and kind person, she will be missed.   Linda and my mom "Billie" spent a lot of time talking about decorating and painting.  May God bless your family during this difficult time.  I will always remember her SMILE as long as I live!

I just learned of you wife's passing.  I am so sorry for your loss.

My heart is so sad for the loss of Mrs. Nelson. Thankfully, we know she is with Jesus! She was such a blessing to so many. She shared the love of Jesus in her actions everyday. I will continue to lift you all up as you grieve her earthly loss.

Doug, Dawn and especially the granddaughters and rest of family.  Linda was a very special friend and one that we shared things together with our love of old things.  Linda was there for me when my sister, Emily was diagnosed with cancer.  She prayed with her and took her to Ridgecrest to talk with the preacher and she was saved and joined Ridgecrest thanks to Linda taking the time as she always did when you needed her.  Know that ya'll are in my prayers and that Linda will always be remembered.

Linda was a very special friend to Sybil and me, especially Sybil, when we lived in Montgomery. Linda and Sybil served together on many Christian projects at Ridgecrest Baptist Church, and enjoyed many trips to the Gaithers singing performances in Birmingham over the years. Our prayers go out to Doug and Family for strength and comfort during this difficult time. We will miss Linda!

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, Doug.  Linda was so wonderful in her love and support when I lost my Barbara in 2008.  Always a smile and an encouraging word and most importantly always a pray!  God bless you and all the family!
