I cannot believe this news. I worked for Paul when I was jus a recently newcomer to this country. He was a wonderful human being. My first job was in the chevron gas station as a cashier. RIP my dear Paul.

Paulie, I can't believe it's 5 years!! Life goes on, yet your still in my heart and soul. I loved you for 21 years and from the minute I laid my eyes on you. You would be so proud of our kids. I was Paul's friend and next door neighbor when we lived in Calusa. Paul was one of the nicest, kindest and lovable human being that I have ever known. I just learned of his unfortunate passing yesterday, July-10-11. It has saddened me, my wife and kids. We are in shock and we feel so sorry for Audree and her beautiful girls. we  can imagine their sorrow and we send them our deepest sympathy and our prayers.

Paul will also be remembered as a loving and devoted son to his mother Sylvia and as a beloved brother to Daniel. Paul had enough love in his big heart for all of his extended family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Barrow family during this tragic loss. I've known Paul for nearly 30 years since he moved here as a young teen.  Even then he was kind to all and respectful.  His mom raised a true gentleman and had so much to be proud of in him.   He will be deeply missed by myself and family and many friends.

Somehow we missed the news initially and then could not believe what we had heard.  Our sincere sympathies to his family, who, although we had not personally met, he had spoken of so many times over the years.  Also, our thoughts are also extended to all of the staff, who undoubtedly are devastated as well.  It is such a tragedy to lose such a good person.

Paul lived his life with joy, kindness, and a great big heart.  He loved his family immensely, and spoke with pride about his mother, his wife, and his daughters.  His customers were his friends. I have many pictures of Paul in my mind,and I'm sure that some of them
do not display that smile. I just can't recall them now. I considered Paul a friend,not just someone you see socially on occasion, but a dear, true friend and I hope that I brought a little joy to his life. The world will keep turning and the stars will keep shining but, there is an empty space on the planet now that we who remain will never fill. A kind voice that will not resonate in our ears, and a smile that  demanded the same in return from us is gone from our waking lives.

Paul was such a wonderful man to every person he came in contact with.  I still can not make sense of the tragedy.  Anyone who knew him would not understand how this could happy to a man who gave so much to so many.  Over the years he had helped me in good times and bad.  After my divorce I needed to get tires for my car.  He told me not to worry about it and to pay what I could when I could.  He did not care when he got the money back.  I paid him back as soon as I could.  He was so good to people that way.  He acknowledged we all have pride and dignity.  He was so kind to everyone he knew and always had a smile on his face.  He will be missed by so many people.  My grandfather once told me that you know how many friends you have on the day you die by how many people attend your funeral.  Frankly, this does apply here to Paul.  He was so beloved by everyone.

for nothing in this world could bring him back, but his living memories will always dwell in our hearts ,and the comfort we always share to the living. i pray for his family and his wife and three children . for every trials in life we find deeper meaning and strength to go on and to hold on on whats eternal not to the things of this passing world. for Paul with our God loving savior Jesus Christ..for he will with HIM in his eternal kingdom. and for the living ,The Lord is preparing a place for us , for were we are is only temporary there are yet better things to come our hope glory in Jesus Christ we pray....amen so shall it be...

I have known Paul since he worked at the Dev. Chevron station. Paul was a kind and generous man who will be missed by all of the families in this Devonaire complex.  Paul introduced me to Audree when they first started dating and later said you know Lynn I'm going to marry this girl and he did. Paul always spoke so highly of his wife and his three girls, we used to give an update on our chidren each time I would go into the shop.  Paul looked out for all his customers reminding us it's time for a oil change, rotate the tires or time for  inspection of the belts. How I will miss my good friend Paul however I will always have many good memories of the  years I was fortunate to know him. My heart goes out to Audree,the three daughters, family and extended family at the shop.  We Will miss you Paul.
