Shayna Melnik Harris passed away at the age of 75 on Friday, October 10, 2014 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Born Shayna Hinda Rosenstrauch in Miami Beach, Florida on June 4, 1939, she is survived by her husband, James Harris; brother, Alan Rosenstrauch; 5 children, Danny Melnik, Bobby Melnik, David Melnik, Margie Burton and Dori Rones; and her 9 grandchildren.
Shayna attended Miami Beach High, was a majorette at the University of Miami and danced with the Miami Ballet. Her passion in life was her family and she found great joy in celebrating their success.
Services will be held Monday, October 13th at 3:30 pm Mt Nebo Miami, 5505 NW 3rd Street, Miami, FL 33126.
