August 20, 1938 - March 19, 2022
Soralee Shulman passed peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
A talented artist with a magnetic personality, Soralee had passion for life, friends, family, and the arts. She delighted in sharing her gourmet baked goods with others, and she was generous with her time, her love, her wit, and her loyalty. She is universally remembered an elegant and gracious woman; a dear and loving friend, mother and grandmother.
Soralee spent her youth in Miami and Rochester and later met and married Jack Slotchiver of Charleston, SC. They raised their two daughters in Greensboro, NC and were happily married until Jack’s death in 1992. Soralee moved back to South Florida where she met and married David Shulman of Miami. She was a devoted wife to David until his passing.
Soralee is survived by her daughters; Dr. Jodi Winkel of Raleigh, NC and her husband; Eden Passon of Boca Raton, FL and her husband; and by one grandson, who was simply and truly the light of her life.
