Daniel was predeceased by his mother, Lynda Gayle Phillips and sister, Laura Phillips.
He is survived by his father, Sheldon H. Phillips and stepmother, Michaeline Phillips; son, Daniel A. Phillips Jr.; brothers: Sheldon H. (Sandy) Phillips and Dennis (Joyce) Hysell; sister, Cynthia Smith; girlfriend of 6 years, Heather; and a host of extended family and friends.
Memorial Services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, February 1, 2025 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL. Burial will follow with his mother and sister at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
