She was a very strong and out going woman.  She might be missed but never forgotten.  My prayers go to all the family and friends that knew her.

Randy and Stacy: Denise was an amazing woman and her love of life, her family, and her God was an inspiration to everyone she met. I thank God for the time I got to spend with her, and consider it an honor to call her my "driveway buddy". During the spring after such a cold winter, I would pull in from work, and Denise would have beat me home, and she would be in the driveway, in her lawn chair, with book and water in hand. We would stop and talk for a few minutes (sometimes much longer, and supper would be late!), on many topics, but the conversation would always come back to how good God was to us.  Denise, you have again beat me home, but I know for certain, we'll pick up where we left off someday soon, until then friend, you will be missed.

My dearest Denise-
Your warm and caring smile will be forever missed by us all.  Always know that you are in our hearts.

Thank you for the long talks we got to share and just being there for me when i needed you. We love and miss you Aunt Denise.

Denise (Red) was the most caring person I've ever met, and her courageously upbeat attitude throughout her treatments was a true inspiration.  I'll miss her tremendously, but am grateful for lots of fantastic memories... softball, bowling, bike and canoe trips, scary movies (as long as they didn't have snakes!), hot air balloons, roller coaster rides, New Year's Eve game nights, restaurants (from BBQ to Sweet Tomatoes), and always that sunny smile!  
"Red" may be gone from this world, but she touched so many lives, she'll never be forgotten.

Randy and family:  I was sorry to hear about Denise.  I have been praying for you all.  I understand your hurt and loss.  She and Jim can rejoice in heaven and wait for us.  I hope to make the memorial here in Peoria.  In His Name Judy Baumann
