Edward "Ed" Scadden 69, passed away on October 5, 2015. He was born March 30, 1946 in Springfield, Massachusetts and resided in Middleburg, Florida. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. He was currently serving as Grand Sentinel in the Florida Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. He was very involved and loved working with the International Order of Rainbow for Girls in the State of Florida and his local Masonic lodge. He enjoyed wood working and building furniture for family and friends. He loved traveling the world and learning new things along the way.
Mr. Scadden is survived by his wife of 50 years Judith Scadden and daughters; Patti Shave and Debbie Sampson, his brother Ray Scadden and sister Beverly Weiner, 4 nephews (Steve, Mike, John and Carl) and 3 nieces (Darlene, Tina and Sandy) , 7 grand children (Zac, Morgan, Ryan, Emily, Ben, Brody and Logan) and a son-in-law, Rick Shave.
