MERCHANT, Ellen E. Merchant, age 76, passed away August 20, 2010. She was born in Geneva, NY and had lived in Middleburg, Florida since 1979. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, the late John Merchant and is survived by 5 sons, Floyd Perkins, Johnny Register, Michael Merchant, Jeffrey Merchant and David Simmerson, 2 daughters, Johnnie Ruth Studdard and Christina Merchant, 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM on Monday, August 23, 2010 in Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, Orange Park. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 24 in Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, with Rev. Charlie Hunt as Officiant, followed by interment in Holly Hill Memorial Park, 3601 Old Jennings Rd. Middleburg FL 32068.
