Eunice M. Waller (née Kimbrel), 76, of Orange Park, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026, surrounded by her three daughters. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Eunice was the beloved daughter of the late Willard and Janelle Kimbrel. She later moved to California, where she pursued her passion for helping others by attending college and earning her License as a Practical Nurse (LPN). A compassionate caregiver by nature, Eunice dedicated her early career to providing comfort to her patients, often bringing warmth and joy to those around her through her love of singing.
Beyond her career, Eunice embraced life with enthusiasm and a spirit of adventure. She was an avid gardener, a frequent bowler, and a valued member of both the Red Hat Society and the Gem and Mineral Society of Jacksonville. Eunice was also a passionate angler who loved being out on the water, proudly reeling in a largemouth bass weighing over nine pounds in Doctor's Lake. Above all else, her greatest joy was her family, especially the time spent making memories with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband and the love of her life, Timothy Waller, who passed away in 2003.
Eunice’s memory will be forever cherished by her children: Valerie E. Schenker, April D. Heller, and Rebecca M. Marshall (Andrew); her grandchildren: Zachary, Kira, and Patrick Schenker, John "JT" and Spencer Heller, Enrique (Brooke), Ivelisse, Elija (Emily), and Xavier Rodriguez; and her great-grandchildren: Arya, Myles, and Vanessa Rodriguez.
