Frances Anna Edwards, of Jacksonville, FL peacefully transitioned from this life on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022 at St. Vincent's Hospital. She was 73. Frances was born on May 31st, 1949 in Placer, CA. In 1969, she married Henry Mitchell Dye and together they had two children. Later in life, Frances went
back to school and obtained a teaching degree from Cal State Hayward. After her divorce, she moved to Florida to be with her daughter, April, and her grandchildren. She taught at America's Little Leaders until her retirement. She was especially proud of her Biblical Studies which led to obtaining a degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary.
She loved the Lord her God and freely gave of herself to everyone she met in life. She was many things among which you can list camp counselor, lifeguard, teacher, and mother. Frances enjoyed sewing and was an avid knitter. She also sang in her local chorus, Melody Choral.
She will be dearly missed by her 2 daughters, Christine and April, 3 grandchildren, great grandson and brother, James.
