Frank Oliver Campbell, 77, husband of Cynthia (Farrell) Campbell, passed away July 3, 2013. Frank was born in Fernandina, Florida on December 2, 1935. Frank was instrumental in touching many lives in numerous 12-step recovery programs. He was an active member and volunteer of the Weigel Senior Center, Middleburg, Florida. He served in the 82nd Airborne from 1954-1957. One of Frank’s favorite pastimes was spending hours on the beaches in Jacksonville and Fernandina, Florida. Frank’s loving, generous, and comical character will truly be missed by his family and friends.
