Guilda Lou Walker

Guilda Lou Walker, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. Guilda Lou grew up in the Cowden Community, located in Oklahoma, she lived in Arizona for nine years (1955-1964) then came back to Cowden, then Midwest City before moving to Mountain View in 1968.

Guilda Lou retired from 3-M Company after 15 years. She loved to fish, enjoyed picking up shells on the beach, crocheting, gardening, reading, flowers and birds. Most of all she loved her family dearly, including both her church family, friends and all people !

She was preceded in death by her parents: James Frances "Frank" Woodruff and Flossie J. Sappington; her husband of 42 years, Dean L. Walker; 2 brothers: John Woodruff and wife, Billie and Melvin Woodruff and wife, Mary Fern; sister, Laura Etta Richey and husband, Delbert.

Survivors include her loving children: Ronald L. (Linda) Bradford Jr., Dean L. (Ellen) Walker Jr. and Rebecca A. (Richard) Hurst; 8 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

Memorial Services will be held 10:30 AM, Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Pentecostal Holiness Church, 620 Randlett Street, Mountain View, OK 73062.
