Hayden Brooks Johnson was born on December 18, 2020 and passed away on August 29, 2026. Hayden is survived by his loving parents David and Morgan Johnson as well as his sister Rylie and brothers Beckham, Landon, and Sander.
Though he faced uphill battles and numerous challenges his entire life, Hayden begins his journey in a place free from pain and physical challenges. His family finds comfort knowing he is now able to run and play. Hayden’s time with family may have been far too short, but the love and happiness he brought will remain with us always. His resilient spirit will live on and be remembered by everyone who knew him.
Visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens Holly Hill Funeral home located at 3601 Old Jennings Road Middleburg, FL 32068 on Thursday September 3, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with the Memorial service following at 11:00 a.m.
