Hazel Elizabeth Adams, 84, passed away on July 30, 2020. She was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and Retired from AT&T. Hazel was predeceased by her husband, Donald and daughter, Renee. She is survived by her son, Steve (Lisa) Adams; daughter, Sandra Ann (Robert-deceased) Hanson; 5 grandchildren: Dale, Frankie, Vinnie, Jaime, and Steven; and 5 great-grandchildren: Brianna, Cameron, Emma, Greyson, and Lilly; and a host of extended family and friends. Family will receive friends 6-8 PM on Wednesday August 5, 2020 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM, Thursday, August 6, 2020 at St Luke's Catholic Church, Middleburg, FL.

Renee’s interment will be with our mother in perpetual rest. Please post words of comfort at www.hollyhillfunerals.com.

In Lieu of Flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Hazel's Memory.
