Hazel R. Howell, age 84, passed away December 1, 2011. She was born in White Oak, Georgia and had lived in Clay County since 1986. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Middleburg. Mrs. Howell was the wife of the late Warren D. Howell, and is survived by son David C. Howell (Gail) daughter Donna Grace Wright, sister Betty Finn (Bob) 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will held Saturday, December 3, at 10:30 AM at First Baptist Church of Middleburg with Dr. C. Alan Floyd officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until service time.
