Hoyett "AJ" Adkison

Hoyett "AJ" Adkison, age 75, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024 in Nashville, Tennessee. AJ was born in Eustis, Florida to the late James and Mozell Adkison. He served his country proudly serving in the US Navy (1968-1988). Hoyett will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He was predeceased by his wife of 36 years Laurel D Adkison.

He is survived by his 2 sons: Anthony D. Adkison (Aimee) and Timothy J. Adkison (Wendi); brother, William A. Adkison; 2 sisters: Nettie R. Kicklighter and Myra Marr; 4 grandchildren: Brandon Adkison (Hannah), Anthony Adkison Jr (Alison), Justin Adkison and Zachary Adkison; 2 great-grandchildren: Anthony Adkison III, Scarlett Adkison; and a host of extended family and friends.
