Jayne Marie Waldridge

Jayne Marie Waldridge, born on December 11, 1945, in Dover, Delaware, to the late Linwood and Berniece Waldridge, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2025, in Fleming Island, Florida, surrounded by her loving family.

Throughout her vibrant life, Jayne wore many hats across a variety of careers, but she was most fondly remembered for her role as a Member Services Representative in the banking industry, where her warmth, dedication, and professionalism left a lasting impression on coworkers and clients alike.

Jayne was a woman of many passions. She had a deep love for reading and writing, and a natural flair for fashion, makeup, and sparkling jewelry—always living life with a touch of glamour and a lot of style. Her independence was matched only by her loyalty and generosity; she gave freely to those she loved and never hesitated to offer a kind word or helping hand. To Jayne, family was everything, and she shared an especially close bond with her granddaughter, who brought her endless joy and pride.

Jayne adored the beach, had a special love for elephants, and never met a stranger—her warm, spunky personality drew people in wherever she went. She loved to dance, cherished a good laugh, and approached life with a spirited heart. Her faith was a quiet strength throughout her life, guiding her in her compassion and resilience.

She is reunited in eternal peace with her beloved daughter, Nicole Miller, her brother, Lawrence Waldridge Sr., and sister Joyce Young, all of whom she missed deeply and loved without end.

Left to cherish her memory are her treasured granddaughter, Hope Miller, a niece, and a host of nephews, all of whom will miss her vibrant spirit, her fierce love, and the joy she brought into their lives.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and strength that will live on in all who knew her.
