Jimmie Hernandez Ruiz , age 93, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021. Jimmie was born July 25, 1927 in Waco, Texas. Jimmie proudly and honorably served his country and retired from the United States Air Force. He worked in aviation for many years. Jimmie enjoyed airplanes, and skydiving. He was a loving father to his daughter, Susan Moseley, and will be deeply and sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jimmie is preceded in death by his wife, Frances E. Ruiz; and his grandsons Kyle M. Moseley and Jimmie "Eric" Villines. He is survived by his daughter, Susan; and also his extended family members in Chattanooga, TN.
A visitation for Jimmie will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Hardage - Giddens Holly Hill Funeral Home, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
