She was born in Martinsburg, West Virginia and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Judith will be having services with Bliley's Funeral Home, 8510 Staples Mill Road, Richmond, VA. She will be laid to rest in Westhampton Memorial Park, 1000 Patterson Avenue, Richmond, VA 23238.
