Lillian Delnora Spang, 80, went to be with the Lord May 2, 2016. She was born February 2, 1936 in Vandergrift, PA and resided in Orange Park, FL. Delnora was a retired bookkeeper who had a special sense of humor that she shared with all. She enjoyed travel, the outdoors through picnics, camping, hummingbirds and gardening, as well as sewing, crafts and beading. Her family and friends were top priority and making a difference was very important to her, serving both at Shiloh Church (formerly Ridgewood Baptist) and volunteering in her community. Mrs. Spang is survived by her son; Jeffrey Spang, daughters; Deborah Hickey (Ben) and Wendy Spang, daughter-in-law Laurie Spang, 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; brother Patrick Strong (Sandy) and sisters Bernadine Carnahan (Jerry) and Phyllis Tressler (Ken) of PA . She is preceded in death by her husband Boyd Spang; son Christopher Spang and sister Dorothy Gregg of PA. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, May 7 at Shiloh Baptist Church chapel located at 939 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL.
