Sister Douglas was a precious woman of God I remember when I was a child each and every Sunday I used to sit on her lap and we would sing our favorite hymns together in church one of my favorite memories of her was on Fridays when her my mama and my granny used to be back in the kitchen at Middleburg Church of God cooking chicken dinners to deliver to people and make sure they're not hungry fed and will loved one of my favorite songs to sing for sister Douglas was the coat of many colors every time I was singing that song for her her face would light up with pure joy I'm glad she's no longer suffering and in pain but I will miss her dearly here on Earth until we meet again love you lots sending prayers to brother Douglas in the whole Douglas family

Tim and I had the pleasure of getting to know Midge thru her son, our dear friends, Michael and wife Denine.   Proud and grateful to know such a sweet family who loved and so  selflessly cared about  and for her throughout her illness.  Praying for peace and that they feel the love and support of friends and family.

Loved her the first time I met her, of course we talked about those purses we liked, She reminded me of my grandma so much, love her family and Praying for Peace  for them.

Only had Mrs. Mary for a few months in my life! She made an impact on me from the start! I became attached to her and her entire family when I started doing her hair! I love the entire family, and pray for peace and love to them! Love, Pam, Mike, Lillie and Briana


Mary is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Harry T. Douglas; son, Michael Troy (Denine) Douglas; 2 daughters: Dianne (Daniel) D. Messick and Terry Douglas Monto; sister, Patricia Thomas; 9 grandchildren: Kaylee Douglas, Shayla Douglas, Troy (Stephanie) Douglas, Jessica D. (Matthew) Hall, Heather (Wade) Muzzey, Stacie Douberly, Renee (Dusty) Blackwell, Samantha Loree and Amanda (Allen) Watson; 5 great-great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
