Richard Todd Broaddus, 34, passed away on August 19, 2014. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida and resigned in Middleburg, FL. Richard Broaddus was a landscaper for 2 years doing services in Orange Park and Middleburg. He was also a member of the Orange Park Elks Lodge #2605. Survivors include his father Gary Broaddus and mother Richi Broaddus. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, August 26, 2014 with 1 hour prior visitation.
