He was the widower of Rita May Kennedy Parker. Rita and Bob shared 53 years of marriage together. He was born in Uxbridge, Massachusetts to Elinor and Walter Parker. He Joined the Air Force and fought in the Korean War. Later he retired from Alconbury Air Force Base in England. He loved to fly and spent many hours with his brother-in-law, flying small planes and helicopters. Rita and Bob travelled Europe until they settled here in Florida.
He leaves behind daughter, Sharon Parker Jacobs; son-in-law Mark Jacobs; 3 grandchildren, Anthony Jacobs, Catherine Jacobs and Christina Fralick; 2 great granddaughters, Jazmen and Faith Fralick.
