Rosalin E. Windle, 79, went home to be with the Lord September 4, 2015. She was born October 14, 1935 in St. Vincent, BWI and resided in Green Cove Springs. Rose was a Christian, loved Jesus with all her heart and loved reading the bible. She enjoyed gardening, reading, baking and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Charles married 54 years and her oldest child Jodie Colleen. She is survived by son Dion Windle, daughters; Wendie Toole, Bonnie Walsh (Mike), Karen Slate (Roger), and Dawn Brady (Jason), brothers; Cardon Lucas and Raleigh Lucas, sisters; Margaret Ludowic, Ruby Finn and Joan Heath (Darrell), 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
