Ruby is survived by her husband of 59 years, Earl Forest Owens; son Earl Frank Owens (Louann); daughter Diane Smith (Tim); brother Arlin Deel (Barb); four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
A visitation for Ruby will be held Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068. A funeral service will occur Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068. A graveside service will occur Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068.
