Thomas Lee Clayton, Jr., age 55 of Middleburg, Florida lost his battle with ALS on August 29, 2025. He was born in Millington, TN to Regina M. (Sullivan) and Thomas Lee Clayton, Sr. in 1970. He moved to Florida as a child with his military family and his love of the beach began. He enjoyed spending peaceful times at the beach with the love of his life Cara. Thomas enjoyed spending time with his two best childhood friends James and Dan. Thomas had a love for cars, WWII history, his gun and knife collection, along with his many gaming systems. Thomas loved all types of music and loved watching movies. He worked for 35 years with Florida Blue and his last years with Novitas in the Medicare Financial Operations area as a trainer for new hires.
He is predeceased by his father Thomas L Clayton, Sr. He is survived by his mother Regina Clayton.
A Celebration of Life service will be held, Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Community Bible Church of Orange Park located at 505 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073. The committal service will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Park at 12:00 pm at 3601 Old Jennings Rd., Middleburg, FL 32073.
