

Wayne Edwin Waller, age 79, of Middleburg, Florida went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 24, 2026. He was born on July 18, 1947, in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Bronce and Rosabelle “Tiny” Waller. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Della, of 57 years, who he met in high school in Rota, Spain where both their fathers were stationed with the United States Navy.
After serving his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War, Wayne received his degree in Marketing and Management from Southwest Missouri State University. Adventure was a love of his - flying airplanes, windsurfing, riding motorcycles and traveling around the world. He also enjoyed construction, politics, understanding the markets, re-learning historical events and the value of rare and collectible coins. He was an amazing husband, father and grandfather.
Wayne is survived by his daughters Kimberley (Tom Stanton and son Caleb), Christina (Sean McCoy and daughters Cori and Norah and son Ryan), his niece Megan Waller and nephew Brad Waller (Becky and son Arthur Jr). He is preceded in death by his brother Arther E Waller, 2019.
A celebration funeral will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 1:30 pm at The Jacksonville National Cemetery with Interment to follow.
