Doris Stewart Jolly went to be with her Lord on September 10, 2016. She was born August 30, 1929 to the late Joe and Mattie Stewart of Hickory Grove. She graduated from Oakhurst High School in 1947. Mrs. retired from Dun & Bradstreet Corporation after 35 years of service. She was a member of Blair Road United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.
The family will receive friends 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 14th at McEwen Funeral Service - Mint Hill Chapel. The service to celebrate the life of Doris Stewart Jolly will immediately follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Sharon Memorial Park.
Survivors include three children, Gregg Jolly, Shane Jolly and Mattie Krone; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jolly was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Jack Pittman Jolly; and all 10 of her siblings.
