She is survived by her sons, Jim (Melinda), Bob (Hilda), and John (Dona) Phillips; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her dedicated and beloved companion Lucy, her French bulldog.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Eugene Phillips.
Elizabeth will be laid to rest next to her husband in Indian Town Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pennsylvania on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 10:30 in the morning.
