Evy was one of my oldest friends. We never lost touch for the 60 years that I graduated from high school. We got together often in the years following high school. She and Charlie even stopped up to see me in upstate New York when they were returning home from their honeymoon. Before that she would come and spend weekends with me in New Paltz. She was the first one to visit me just minutes after my first child was born in 1967.
I have not seen Evy since 2005 but she will live on forever in my mind. Thank you Larry for reaching out to me. She has been in my prayers for many months and now I will continue to pray for her soul. Condolences to all the family. RIP Evy. I know you are making everyone up in heaven laughing. It’s what you do.

One of the best parts of Super Bowl parties and other gatherings at Chris and Holly's house was getting to see Evy. She was always happy, kind, encouraging and so much fun. She always took time to ask about each of our kids and I know she genuinely cared for others. We are so blessed to have known her! We are praying for Evy's family as we know they will miss her greatly.
