Mrs. White enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with her family. She had a strong work ethic and was known to work all of the time. Mrs. White was strong in her Christian faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver H. White and sons, James H. and Calvin L. Williams.
She is survived by her sister, Janis E. Clark and her husband, Wayne C. Clark; son, Michael R. Ellis; grandchildren, Randy Ellis, Wesley Ellis and Bradley Williams; great-granddaughter, Riley Ellis; and her niece, Michele Newton.
A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 25, 2016, in Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Mint Hill.
