He was born in Oil City, Pennsylvania on April 12, 1954. Kenneth graduated from Cranberry Area High School.
Ken worked at Gerdau Long Steel in Charlotte, NC, as a Master Maintenance Mechanic.
Ken had a passion for deer hunting.
He is survived by sons, Rodney Caldwell, Steve Gray, and daughter Tarra Dean. He also has six grandchildren, Daniel Caldwell, Kimberly Caldwell, James Caldwell, Will Dean, Ashley Dean and Cole Dean. He is also survived by a brother Jack Caldwell, and a sister Joy Doverspike.
Viewing will be held at McEwen Funeral Home, 7428 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Mint Hill Tuesday September 30 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and at 9115 Newell Baptist Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28213 Newell Baptist Church Wednesday October 1, 10:00 am to 11:00am with a funeral service following. Interment will be in Pennsylvania.
