The colloquial expression "He/she is good people" is often used to describe the most likeable among us. It means that a single person has so many of the best human traits they embody the goodness of many people, not just one. Kevin's picture should be beside the term in the dictionary. She had the best of many traits; a heart of gold, love of all people, a charitable heart, a giving soul, the very best sense of humor, kindness, understanding, supportive and patient. Being a GRIT(girl raised in the South) her affection was often expressed through food of which everyone loved and likely gained more than a few pounds as the result (thank you Kevin) . We have lost one of the good ones but one who has shown all of us how to live more vibrantly and robustly though giving and caring.

Dearest Robin & Family,
I am so heartbroken to hear about Kevin passing away. Angie told me today and I was in complete shock. That is all I have been able to think about this afternoon and I want you to know that I have the dearest memories of our childhood and all the fun times we had. Every time we make homemade banana ice cream I laugh thinking about how you & Kevin did not like it, but never told us for the longest time and ate it anyway. I guess that was the good manners your mom taught you. Please know I am here for you and would love for us to go out sometime and catch up and reminisce about Kevin and the good ole days. You are in my heart & prayers dear friend. Love you so much, Shelia

Kevin has been like a family member to me for as long as I can remember. She had the biggest heart of anyone I know. She taught us all the we should always look to give a helping hand to someone. You will be missed but we know you are directing things from above. We LOVE YOU....

I never had the pleasure to meet Kevin but I always heard great things abt her. My one son in law was her nephew by marriage, Brandon Hammill. I am praying for the family to have strength through this time. I know that everyone will miss her but just know that she is in a better place now and walking those streets of gold with no more pain!!
