She was born on Dec. 18, 1936, in Lynn, MA, to Benjamin and Genevieve Jachovicz.
She attended Salem State College in Salem, MA.
Patricia was united in marriage to William H. (Bill) Conley on June 14, 1959, in Lynn, MA.
She was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Charlotte.
Patricia worked in data entry at Hurff-Jones Printing Company in Charlotte.
Survivors include her husband, Bill, Matthews; four sons, David, Matthews; Kevin, Concord, NC; Sean and William, Charlotte; and her twin sister, Carol Wellman, Lowell, MA.
Her family will receive friends on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, from 1-2 p.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 8451 Idlewild Rd., Charlotte, NC, followed by her Memorial Mass at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Patrick T. Hoare will be the celebrant.
