After an eye surgery we expressed concern about him driving. Mark said " it's my seeing eye that's bad, my driving eye is fine!

Saddened to hear of Mark’s passing and my thoughts are with you all during this time.
Jena, Niki, Matelyn and Reagan my heart goes out to each of you and I know Mark loved all of you.  Memories are the sweetest thing to remember when a loved one is gone and you feel sad. Thank you Jena for sharing the picture to Tony.

My deepest sympathy to the family and loved ones of Mark.

I knew Mark a short 8 years. During that time I came to know him as kind, sweet, funny, respectful and generous man. He gave his time and resources unselfishly. If ever I knew a stand up guy,  it would be Mark. He brought a smile to your face when you would see him just because of the man that he was. I had the upmost respect for him. He will be missed. He use to say to Jena I love you when we would leave. He would say to me I don't love you, but I like you alot. In reality, as years went by I think it was a love that we shared as 2 men and that's just the way we said it. My prayers go out to all the family, friends and loved ones of Mark. Thanks for being in my life. It was an honor to know you Mark Carlisle.

So sorry to hear of Mark's passing.  We went to school together.  He was very kind.

Dear Ethel and family…

Uncle mark was always very nice to me and I enjoyed the time I spent with him. He was a good man and I enjoyed golfing, fishing and going antique shopping with him and Kent(Pop). He will always be in my heart and my prayers go out to Ethel and Family.

Ethel, So sorry to hear about Mark. I enjoyed seeing the two of you whenever you attended Garinger events or whenever you were at Showmar's.  Mark was always kind to me. My prayers go out to your family.

You meet people who forget you. You forget people you meet. But sometimes you meet those people you can’t forget. Those are your friends. Mark Carlisle was my friend and will greatly be missed. I choose to remember the fun times like going to the mountains 
when it was snowing. Going to the beach in a 24 foot pop up,, what fun times we had.

Mark was a fine man. He was a Brother Mason and he will be sorely missed  by his Masonic Brothers! Prayers for all of the family! 

So sorry for your loss! Mark was a great friend served with him in the Air Force from 1970 -1975. Had some great times at Myrtle Beach AFB and Charleston AFB. Mark was a good and honest man. The Pinkerton family always respected and recognized the Carlisle family as good and enjoyable people dating back to the early 60s. Mark will be missed by all that knew him. God Bless.
