August Maymudes

August Maymudes, age 87, of Los Angeles, California, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 (19 Nissan 5778). August was born August 25, 1930 in New York, New York, to Abraham and Goldie (neé Kusher) Maymudes.

August is survived by his son, David (Emily) Maymudes; his daughter, Belissa Cohen; and his son, Evan Cohen; and his caregiver and friend of 19 years, Deseree Harris. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rena Maymudes, Of Blessed Memory.

August was an Honorable Discharged Veteran of the United States Army; and was a licensed Pharmacologist for over 50 years.

Services will be private.

Arrangements are under the direction of Groman Eden Mortuary.
