I am shocked and saddened by this news. Dr Kashanchi was simply the best. My sincere belated condolences to his family, I know he is missed terribly. 
I have been his patient for twenty years, I will always admire  & miss him.

I love Dr. Kashanchi.  He was my Dr. For over 22 years and he delivered my son.  I am deeply saddened by his passing.  In fact I can’t stop crying. He’s the best Dr. I’ve ever had.  Rest well Dr. Kashanchi, you will be deeply missed. 

I’m truly heartbroken. He was my doctor for over 18 years and I was just informed about this sad news. 
He was a gentle, caring, kind person.

I am so heartbroken :(. He was my favorite person and doctor for over 20 years.  I am so sad for his family.  I can’t believe no one told his patients.  He was the kindest human being.  I am speechless.  

There are no words, I am shocked and my heart is hurting. I can’t begin to imagine how Dr. K’s family is feeling at the loss of a great Man, so loved. Not only was Dr. K a magnificent Doctor, he genuinely cared about his patients. Dr. K was a blessing to my family for more than 20 years. Along with me, my daughter, my granddaughter, (Dr. K delivered) are devastated. I pray precious beautiful memories sustain the family, friends, and patients, in the days to come.

My heart aches! We lost an angel. Dr. K has been my doctor upon my relocation to Los Angeles in 1997 for over 25 years.  He delivered my beautiful daughter in 2004 and I have felt like he was a part of my family. I will miss him dearly.  I'm praying for his family, friends, and patients. Dr. K as we fondly addressed him, was a kind soul. He and I became instant friends, we were a team. He also became friends with my husband.  He would always ask for my husband, my daughter and my son, even our fur baby Tank. He would come into my office, we'd chit chat. One day he came in and gave me otc allergy medicine, bc he noticed that I would have allergy episodes. I was touched. I felt like I've known him for a long time. Recently I had asked him for a letter of recommendation, on Sept 28th he sent me a message and the letter.  In his letter he wrote that I was the best, I thanked him for his words. That was the last time, we had contact😢. 

RIP Dr. K, just want to let you know, you will be greatly missed!

Absolutely saddened by these news.  He was my OB, and his gentle, kind, calm and humble demeanor was a grace from heavens.  My entire family absolutely loved and appreciated him.

I heard a few hours ago my doctor, my coach and my Angele passed away.😥
How is possible? 
The world does  have people like him rarely. Had been my doctor over 18.5 years! His knowledge about science beyond his specialty. 
He was not only gynecologist, but also pathologist and great surgeon. Alway updated.
Pure, kind, understanding, non judgmental and always available for help.
He delivered all my 3 kids , even for yum Kippur came to hospital to visit me to make sure everything is good after one day c-section. 
I made a joke that I envied him because he always saw new born babies before mothers, he responded with humbleness” please do not be”.
He was a jem! He always encouraged me as a psychotherapist, and he was proud of me!
He was like a part of our family, and enjoyed talking to my husband. 
We will miss you forever. I am heartbroken and devastated by this sad news.
