It is with great sorrow to announce the passing of beloved husband, father, grandfather, educator, and veteran, Edward Raskin. His dedication to his family, friends, students, and country goes unmatched as his efforts to better all aspects of life will continue with those who carry him in our hearts. He felt at home anywhere in the world and connected to all walks of life at every opportunity. He is the true definition of adventure in its purest form and very few can say that they loved life as much as he. Those who knew him best would agree whole-heartedly that his kindness for humanity and generosity for anyone in need as a true and long lasting symbol of his character and spirit. Let his qualities live on in us forever.

A funeral service for Edward will be held Friday, July 25, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eternal Light Chapel, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 91345, followed by a graveside service at Eden Memorial Park.
