I met Eileen many year sago at the Agoura Deli. She was such a delightful woman. She would often introduce me to her friends as her father. We shared an abounding sense of humor - I am African American - mid sixties. I miss her laughter, and most of all - her warm hugs and kisses on the cheeks. When she was away for periods of time and came back to lunch, it was as if we never missed a beat. she would sneak up behind me, hug me and say guess who? I miss her very much. You are blessed to have had her.

My condolences to Eileen's Family and friends. I would see her every Thursday at our local networking group lunch. She always had a smile on her face. I loved her quick wit and her positivity. She was a very special person and she will be missed.

I may not have known Eileen well, but having lived in Oak Park since 1986, I felt a certain kinship with her. I would periodically run into Eileen (and Bob) and she would always strike up a conversation. Eileen was one of those unforgettable people--always happy, always willing to help and a leader in the community she loved so much. My deepest condolences for your loss.

My condolences on the passing of Eileen.  I have known Eileen for over the past 11 years.  As the past president of Agoura Youth Basketball Association, Eileen was honored with the first official basketball shot at the opening of the Cage outdoor facility we built at Oak Park High School.  I remember Jamaal Wilkes lifting her up so she could gently lay the basketball in the basket.

I saw her frequently over the years at Chamber of Commerce events and at the voting poll in Oak Park.  Eileen was a very dedicated woman who was proud of her community.

We will all miss Eileen.
