Elizabeth Devorah "Liz" Komen of Arleta, California, passed away Monday, March 6, 2017 (8 Adar 5777), at 30. Memorial services will be held Friday, March 10, 2017, at 11 am, at Congregation Beth Shalom, 21430 Centre Pointe Parkway, Santa Clarita, California. Services will be officiated by Rabbi Ron Hauss. Liz is survived by her parents, Sarah (Joseph) Gordon and Jeffrey (Elisabeth) Komen; her brother, Jason (Amy) Komen; her step-sisters and step-brothers, Kayla Gordon, Marissa Gordon, Anne (Joey) Bryson, Adam Weiler, and Steven Weiler; her nieces, Madeline Komen and Haley Bryson; her extended family; and her many friends.
