Emily S. Passovoy of Calabasas, California, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 (25 Adar I 5776), at 94. Memorial services will be held Thursday, March 10, 2016, at 11 am, in the Groman Eden Chapel of Groman Eden Mortuary. Services will be officiated by Rabbi Ahud Sela and Cantor Daniel Friedman of Temple Ramat Zion. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Emily's memory to the charity of your choice.
Emily is preceded in passing by her parents, Harry and Bertha Silvers, Of Blessed Memory; her husband of 57 years, Nathan Passovoy, Of Blessed Memory; her son, Larry Passovoy, Of Blessed Memory; and her brother, Marvin Silvers, Of Blessed Memory. Emily is survived by her first cousin, Ted (Maxine, Of Blessed Memory) Toback; her dearest friend, Betty McDougall; and her many friends.
