ERIK SAMUEL VINETZ, “Sam”. Age 28. Born August 29, 1993 in Baltimore, Maryland, passed away July 16, 2022 in San Diego, California. Deeply beloved son of Rina Vinetz and Joseph Michael Vinetz, brother of Max Cooper Vinetz, grandson of Richard Cooper and Ann Beth Vinetz of Los Angeles, and Theodore and Alisa Einwohner of Berkeley. Nephew of Paul Vinetz, Rachel Einwohner, Rebecca Gildengers, and Ethan Einwohner. Bar Mitzvah of Chabad Del Mar, San Diego. Graduate of Canyon Crest Academy, San Diego. Beloved by many friends in San Diego, California, from all walks of life. Loved his cats and all animals beyond compare, connected with others through fire spinning and poi, music, musical sculpture, spiritualism. Deeply compassionate towards all around him, especially those who could not care for themselves. Ancient soul. Memorial services will be held July 19, 2022 at 3:00 pm, at Eden Memorial Park, 11500 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, California.
