Frances Shirley DiBona, age 89, of Burbank, California, passed away on Friday, April 13, 2018 (28 Nissan 5778). Frances was born November 4, 1928 in Los Angeles, California to Lillian (neé Zubnitsky) Green and Leon Green.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Renee (Willie) Corso; her son, Ronald (Lani) DiBona; her granddaughters, Samantha Corso, Madelyn Corso, Hope DiBona, and Paige DiBona; her nephew, Joseph (Beth) Buzzello; her niece, Regina Buzzello; and her grand niece; Alyssa Buzzello.
Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 57 years, Louis DiBona, Of Blessed Memory; her cherished son, Norman DiBona, Of Blessed Memory; and her dear parents, Leon Green and Lillian DiBona, Of Blessed Memories.
Funeral services for Frances will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Groman Eden Mortuary, in the Groman Eden Chapel. Services will be officiated by Mr. Tony Guggino, and will conclude graveside, in Eden Memorial Park.

Frances danced with the USO, entertaining the troops during the Second World War. She loved going to Las Vegas to Elvis Presley perform, and was a big fan of Marilyn Monroe, Disneyland, and the Los Angeles basketball team, the Lakers. She enjoyed shopping with HSN and QVC, and devoted her free time to volunteer work with Joslyn Adult Center of Burbank.
