Frances Rifkin of Temecula, California, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 (29 Tammuz 5776), at 87. Services will be held Sunday, August 7, 2016, at 1230 pm, Graveside, in Mount Sinai Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills. Services will be officiated by Rabbi Sandy Rosenstein. Frances is preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Herbert Rifkin, Of Blessed Memory; and is survived by her children, Linda McKenna, Susan Rifkin, and Samuel Rifkin.
