Muriel "Frances" Brodsky, age 88, of Arleta, CA, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Muriel was born May 21, 1929, in Bronx, New York, to Daniel and Alice (nee Cohen) Blitstein.

Funeral services for Muriel will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 2:00 PM, in the Groman Eden Chapel of Groman Eden Mortuary. Please wear blue and/or purple to Muriel's services, they were her favorite colors.

Services will be officiated by Rabbi Michael Barclay, and will conclude graveside, in Eden Memorial Park.

Muriel is survived by her daughters, Rosie Brodsky, Sue (Mike) Sanders, Jan (Charlie) Simon; her son, Jay (Chris) Brodsky; her sister Lorelei Blitstein; her grandchildren, Nikki (Erik) Moffett, Bryan Sanders, Sabrina Hernandez, Joel Simon and Alisse Simon; and her great-grandchild, Isaac Earl.

Arrangements are under the direction of Groman Eden Mortuary.
