Phyllis G. Sacks of Woodland Hills, California, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015 (21 Cheshvan 5776), at 88. She is survived by her daughter, Andrea (Robert) Gaines; stepsons, William (Dana) Sacks and David (Rose) Sacks; grandchildren, Adam and Joshua Duvendeck and Jennifer and B.J. Sacks; and her step-granddaughter, Missy Gaines. Services will be held Friday, November 6, 2015, at 11 am, in the Groman Eden Chapel of Groman Eden Mortuary. Services will be officiated by Chaplain Jennifer Nye, and will conclude graveside in Eden Memorial Park.
