Rochelle Sasson

April 3, 1942 – October 7, 2025

Rochelle (“Shelley”) Sasson, cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2025, at age 83. She was known for her kindness, optimism, and generous spirit, Shelley always saw the best in others and brought light to every situation. Born in San Antonio, Texas, she lived her early life in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and then settled down and had her family in Encino, California. She then relocated to Studio City, before moving to Monterey, California, and ultimately spent the end of her life in beautiful Kaneohe, Hawaii.

A proud UCLA Bruins basketball fan and lifelong dog lover, she lived fully and joyfully. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Jacques, with whom she is now reunited eternally. She is survived by her son Nicholas (Mary); grandchildren Daniel (Nicole), Timothy (Sabrina), and Aidan (Taylor); brother Joe (Sara) and sister Marcy. She is dearly missed.
